How to Convert Time to Decimal in Google Sheets

In this video, I show how to convert a time to a decimal value in Google Sheets. There are a couple methods that you can use to do this. The first method uses a combination of the HOUR, MINUTE, and SECOND functions. The second method uses the TIMEVALUE function.

I just get error. So did you but you fixed it somehow but no matter how many times I watch back I can't get it to work.

Only works with smaller hour value, when I reach to 24:24:00 for example does not work anymore
any workaround?
