If Cyberpunk's V could beat Smasher I'd love to see Adam Jensen from Deus Ex: Mankind Divided take a swing at him.
Adam's TESLA shock weapon can fire 4x 200-milliamp arcs of electricity via laser guidance, per hand, and he has remote hacking functionality on par with cyberware, not to mention the Quicksilver reflex booster and Icarus dash to counter the Sandevistan and Titan armour to defend against the rocket launcher.
Many of Adam's weapons can load AP rounds to defeat Smasher's armour plating and Adam's subdermal armour gives him EMP shielding so he could pop an emp on Smasher and dance on him while he can't move.

i love the fact that cyberpunk can be compared to the greats like warhammer and halo (or just in general scifi thing) i think it would've been easy for the cyberpunk feats to fall into an underwhelming street level of power, where even the strongest are low diff but they really did the augmentations justice in the game and show

You gotta realize that Smasher himself isn't particularly "highly skilled". He's good, but solos such as Rogue, Shaitan, and Blackhand are technically better skilled. When it comes to defeating Smasher, he's cocky. He likes to make a scene and will purposefully go out of his way to cause collateral damage. That's where Smasher's weakness is. You have to be methotical, highly skilled and have a coherent plan. Catch him off guard and one well placed rocket would hurt him enough to be managable. Ideally, you'd have a team that works well together engage him.

Frank Horrigan from Fallout 2 would be a perfect match for him in a fight. Smashers got frank on speed but frank is definitely stronger and I'd say more durable. Man can one shot death claws.

I nominate Linda the Spartan. She could just fire an S7 sniper from 20KM away and clip him through the forehead with an antimaterial round right? Like Adam's super reflexes are something he "turns on" or "activates" in a fight, if he was attacked from really far away by a supersonic round I imagine he wouldn't react before it passed through his skull

I nominate Tyberos the red tide, chapter master of the carcharadons(aka sapce sharks) space marine chapter. The guy reaches 3 and a half meters tall and yet he is part of the stealth legion, his armor had to be forged with mecha pieces due to his ridiculous size and his job is literally to murder other space marines. He has as weapons predator-type energy claws on the back of his hands and energy chainsaws on his palms, which in fact would leave him vulnerable to ranged attacks but still

Hey just wanna say I enjoy your videos. Your analysis are mostly accurate and you also branch out quite a bit to, looking at other fictional characters and worlds than your usual and you even do nonfictional subjects. Pretty solid content keep up the good work!. On a another note maybe you could look at Halos
Forerunner warrior servants and prometheans (the warrior servant ones ) I think they make most super soldiers look like a joke and they number in the trillions, and maybe a video on the Shrike (Hyperion Cantos) he’s.. oh sorry forgive me THAT THING is Very powerful would like to see more vs against it. Anyways great vid and analysis on the smasher I’d say him vs chief would be a good fight, I lean more towards Chief just because all the things Chief has fought and been through (like the warden eternal and flood) he’s even been lit up by a halo version of the A10 with 50mm auto cannons the (skyhawk), well good day to you.

You know what I think cyborg raiden from mgs/mgr could put up a good fight against Smasher. I think blade mode can be a hard counter to the sandevistan. I would need to find the video, but I remember him testing out an oscillating tool on body armor and that was able to pierce through it pretty quick, since Raiden’s sword is a much large and higher power version of that, I think it could scale up to Smasher’s armor quite well
