With 10 major wildfires burning in California, residents are worried about the price of home owners insurance policies in the state. 4.2 million acres burned in the state last year - now premiums are sky-rocketing. KTVU's Frank Mallicoat spoke with Michael Soller, the Deputy Insurance Commissioner of Northern California, about what's being done to give Californian's some financial relief.
