If Xi Jinping could please introduce the Poverty Alleviation Programme to other countries he would be doing a great service to not only China but many citizens of the world.
Perhaps a Summit where he could introduce the Poverty Alleviation Portfolio to leaders of Nations. With respect from Australia. 🐼⚖️🐨

As opposed to Trump’s ‘America First’, China is pushing ahead with its vision of ‘community with shared future for mankind”.

The conclusion of RCEP, a free trade agreement amongst 15 countries in the Asia-Pacific region, was indeed a very significant milestone. With the inclusion of BRICS’s nation which are not part of RCEP; such as Russia, India, Brazil and South Africa, the idea of multilateralism will be taken to another level.

Coming up next, would be for China to spearhead the economic cooperation amongst member states of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), or Shanghai Pact; which include Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan.

That is all possible, as stated in purchasing power parity, China’s economy is already larger than that of the United States’s. And just 5 years from now, China’s economy, at current prices, will also surpass the United States. It is expected to reach US$79 trillion at current prices in 2040, or just 20 years from now.

By then, China’s economy will be 2.5 times larger than the United States, and completely eclipse the latter.

China’s phenomenal growth, couple with the growing affluence and the huge domestic demand — generated by its population, which is 4.5 times the size of US — will no doubt be a powerful driving force for the global economy, and the vision of community with shared future for mankind.
