To all those people who are saying "Useless D Mid", It's all about perspectives.
He is just a useless mid through your perspective but through mine, Eustass D. Kidd is the only pirate in the last 22 years who's got the balls to go and challenge Shanks, that too in his territory.
Shanks would still destroy Kidd without his future sight but let's be honest guys, he wouldn't be able to protect all his supporters from Kidd's Wrath.

And if you guys haven't forget Marineford, even Akainu couldn't pressurize Shanks to let him use the legendary attack.

This is enough to assume how strong and dangerous Kidd had become.

There is even better explanation I think, cause there is still possibility of young gen if giants to save kidd, for very simple reason. Kidd (with law) defeated Big Mom. Becouse even though dorry and broggy are on shanks side, they went for milk for like 100 years, while for example Hajrudin and Gerd had in the same time childhood trauma of big mom ravaging through their village. And seeing how honour plays big part in lives of that giant viking tribe, I think they would save him for avenging Elbaff by taking part in eliminating big mom, thus repaying their debt to him

People can call me high on copium but I don't agree with people clownjng on Kidd for losing to Shanks… I mean, yeah, it's disappointing that there wasn't even a fight compared to how Law's and Luffy's journey went after Wano, but he faced off against FUCKING SHANKS! If it was either Law or Luffy that fought him, I doubt they could do any better…
