How to fix 'Your windows licence will expire soon' - alternative way.

THIS METHOD DOESN'T USE THE SERVICES.MSC

DON'T MIND THE TYPOS

Before you start make sure the process is not active (check from task manager and end it if it is)

1 Browse To -

C:\Windows\System32 (or the directory letter where your windows is located).

2 Right click on LicensingUI.exe

- Properties - on Security Tab
- Advanced
at the upper left corner you will see the owner, which by default is "TrustedInstaller" and it must be changed to (your user name).
I already changed mine.

3 Click on the blue hyperlink text "Change" and a dialog window will pop up. On the white filed type in your user name and click "Check Names" and then "OK" until you get to the Security tab

4 On the list called "Group user names" select your user name or administrators/user and click on EDIT
and check the "Full Control" Box then click OK

5 Click OK to Close the properties menu and then delete the File

Just for those who get stuck at changing the application owner from TrustedInstaller to your user...

At 01:10 click on 'Change' followed by 'Advanced...' then click on 'Find Now' and choose 'Administrators' (Instead of your Username).
Then follow this up by setting the permissions of 'Administrators' to full control... Then proceed to delete LicensingUI.exe and Licensingdiag.exe :D

Oh shit it actually worked, tried a couple other ways but google gave me almost nothing to work with, thanks mah man. Video needs more attention to let others know, I'm sure there's plenty.

yknow i thought of this when i saw it was an executable
so i crossed my arrow key to close and prepared my right click to CATCH IT!
and there i pinned it down.
thanks for showing that i needed to remove this so it could shut up

Just for those who get stuck at full control being blank. In Advanced Security Setting for example.exe, go to auditing, select everyone, edit, click on full control checkmark, hit ok. And now you can edit user or the group to full control.

Found out about this exe file while alt tabing to find the process name of error. Thanks to the video for remove advice.
