Mina and Karen revamp a historic brick house in a rising area of south Indianapolis. The house is in bad shape. Luckily, they have a healthy budget of $200,000 and they are going to need every dime. The ladies plan to increase the square footage with a two-story addition and create a whole new layout with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths.

I like how the house turned out. The only thing I see as a problem ia the gap between the upper cabinets and the ceiling. It seems like it would be a dust catcher.

The study with the exposed brick, and the large main suite with seating area, are both great. It may be the staging, but the LR/dine-in kitchen look a bit pokey. The exterior is lovely.

I didn’t think I would like the kitchen, what with the fridge being positioned between two windows, but it turned out nice. Would have liked to see more of the finished house.

To me it seems like the living room is too small for the size of the house. The table only seats four ??!!

Why do you use cold, gray & blue tone paint colors on walls? I’ve never found that appealing, attractive, inviting or welcoming. It just makes me want to walk out of the house, if I were seeing it in person.

It’s charming, but I have to admit I am so sick of gray and white with natural fibers. Does anybody have a new idea? Does anybody know more colors on the color wheel? I hate to be negative, but I watch a lot of decorating and remodeling shows, and they all do the same thing.

Again you guys did a wonderful job but you keep doing the same thing you spent too much time on showing us the before yes we need to see that but not all this that you do because then we don’t get a chance to see the rest of the house that you don’t like the upstairs or the backyard anyway this is making me upset because what’s the point if I can’t see that just a couple of rooms in the video
