glad to see you back! not gonna lie the poppy war series seems so so so good and i’ve had the first book on my shelf for well over a year now, maybe i’ll even get to it soon.. regardless, i’m happy to know you enjoyed it so much! the votes of confidence from you and several of my friends really make me want to pick it up asap.

ik you didn’t talk about these here (did you talk about them in another video? maybe i missed it??) but i wanted to ask what did you think about the witcher series?? i know you finished the books from goodreads and i just read the final book last week as well, and i’ve been dying to talk about them with other people!! just to kind of figure out how i feel about them tbh because they were *good* but i just don’t know if i processed everything that happened quite yet!

Haven't read Threadneedle yet but want to. Funny enough, the thing that made me push it back was because I also thought it was historical. And the audiobook is over 20 hours and that's a lot. But given that it's set in present day I think I might actually start reading it tomorrow.
