For the Price difference I'd go with the 1 Bedroom. The Salt water pool & Gym was really nice.

Exactly what I have wanted to see. Love the view and the price. Gym and pool also important to me personally. Great location as I will walk to most shopping. As soon as this madness ends I’ll be there.

It appeared there was a lot of Thais around the building when normally you see very few people at all.

Moving back soon to live this year, they do look great, but so many bargains around for less than that price, yes it's a great view, but I have found a place nearer the coast, in an older building with good solid walls (IE cant hear the next door talking as you can in these newer places) with fantastic views from 11th floor.

If you are condo searching you really need to be on the ground and search, maybe for a week till you find the place that suits you best

Supalai Mare has over 1000 condos and more than half are empty. I've been renting here for 3, 5 years now. It's a one bedroom high level sea view similar to the first condo in the video and I'm paying 10, 000 a month. So don't go for the initial asking price, you can easily negotiate a better deal.

Your communications process is soft, clinical and totally focused….for that reason I would like to see a restaurant tour of Pratumnak addressing prices, quality and environment ie. quiet, noisy, private etc. Keep up the good work…..
