I absolutely love that you highlight that the condo is on the bhat bus route. In the past when you've shown condos that were not on a route and recommended bolt taxi, that was a very limited interest to me. Since I'm an old dude and I'm too old to learn how to ride a motorbike condos on a bhat bus route are the only ones of interest to me. Now if you can find an affordable place that is on a bhat bus route you are golden. If you throw in a supermodel then not only are you golden, but a legend.

There are some absolute Nut Cases who do not see the value in this place. 1 bedroom, swimming pool and gym for roughly $200.00 per month!!! Rent a motorbike and its all good. Everybody wants everything for free. This place, in Florida would be at least $1, 100 per month, maybe more!!! And you sure as hell would not be near the beach!!!

Very good informative video. It does appear better VFM if you actually go to the condo direct rather than using an internet site....
