That thousand years will be spent in Heaven. The books will be opened for the saints to examine them and see that our God is just and true in all His ways, and has done everything possible to save every person on earth. Sadly, multitudes have refused His invitation and countless efforts to be saved. They will be lost. After the thousand years, Jesus will return with all His people to earth and the rest of Prophecy will unfold. Finally, He will create a new heaven and earth - where righteousness dwells forever.
His people will study and learn these Biblical truths now, and not be deceived.

But the rapture is not his second coming he will only come to the clouds, HEBREWS 9:28

and the church age will end with this particular event.

No such thing as a secret rapture, only one grand and glorious raptures: The Second Coming of our Lord and Savior in the clouds, with the multitude of the heavenly host, with music and trumpet sound!
