Simply semd x½ rhs side and square on both sides so x and x gets canceled and we will get 4x½=4 so x=1

Why not change the problem to √(x+8) =√(x) +2 then we'll have x+8=x+4+4√(x)
Then 4√(x) =4 => √(x) =1 => x=1 it's a 8 grade
