Wow, 'The Judgement of God' seems to coincide remarkably closely to what happens after a bronze age tribe randomly loses a war.

Every nation that's killing their neighbors is giving the same excuses and saying it's handed down from their God and the victims are "sinful" to their "God."

The Israelites are the main characters, everyone else is a side character created by God for plot development

“I will have mercy on whom I have mercy and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion”

The Lord gives and the Lord takes. Bless the name of the Lord

Seems like a bad plan; I mean once you're dead any sort of lesson you might have learned is pretty irrelevant.

It's God's judgment. Who are we to question? Non-believers wanted to always play as God.

Don’t read the comments guys, there’s no good arguments down here just people making fun of religion because they don’t like it (ultimate low-hanging fruit)

If you read carefully in the OT, God waited for several hundred years for the sin of the Canaanites to become full before He dealt with them thru the Israelites.

“But you said in your heart, 'I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit on the mount of assembly In the remote parts of the north. 'I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.”

It all begins by questioning God’s wisdom and judging it based on man’s own.
But the goal is to see beyond these gory events towards the promised land with nothing but pure and utter hope that the good God is faithful and rewards those who are obedient to Him without question.

As a Christian, I applaud you for having that curiosity. Many of my brethren have been blinded by their deluded sense of morality...

Does anyone not think the fact that Netanyahu is directly quoting the genocide verses in the bible in reference to the war in gaza, makes Israel guilty of genocide ?

It is very interesting seeing the comments on your channel, I love your channel and I am a christian, though I feel I can’t really post something here without facing a barrage of counter points, I love your channel, and I love your talks of religion, continue spreading the glory of God, Amen.

Why does God need other Armies to cast his judgment?

I really like it that Alex asks real questions. Here’s my take. We keep thinking that knowledge is what makes us less than God. If we knew enough, we could judge. That’s why we thought adultery was the bar until Jesus said, even thinking it was a problem. We don’t know how to be sinless. The bar for us is accepting our need for forgiveness since someone came who could actually offer it.
