Sep.27 -- Dallas Federal Reserve Bank President Robert Kaplan said Monday that he will retire on Oct. 8, hours after Boston Fed chief Eric Rosengren announced his plan to step down later this week. Bloomberg's Mike McKee reports on "Bloomberg Markets: The Close."
