Stop and ID states still require probable cause in order for you to be required to ID. Traffic stops must ge lawful as well.

Even in specific states, an officer cannot simply stop and demand ID from you. He still needs reasonable, articulable suspicion that a crime has been, is being, or is going to be committed.

I plead the 5th. That is right, everytime.

If stopped and told to provide ID the police still need to have RAS that you are committing, have committed or about to commit a crime. There is no state where you can be forced to ID any time cops order.

Even a fish would stay out of trouble if he'd keep his mouth shut!

Same rights in Australia in the 1995 Evidence Act. Only have to provide name, address, birth date.

The 1st one is a lie no such thing as a stop and ID state if you not doing nothing illegal then you don’t have to identify yourself. Just another lawyer that don’t know what they are talking about.

What if the officer asks me if I’ll take a breath test? If I refuse to answer, it’s considered a refusal and my license gets suspended. Also, why am I forced to provide breath or blood as evidence that can be used against me in court?

You're wrong dude. You only need to identify on the street if they have RAS of a crime. No such thing as a stop and ID state.

what states are you required to give up any information unless arrested...

in every state cops will say to identify yourself.
in what state can you legally decline or if the list
is shorter in which states MUST you identify?

there are more exceptions, such as answering whether you are carrying a concealed weapon.

I had it officer that was so close to my rear end of my truck I couldn't even see his front headlights he pulled me over I asked him why he was so close to my vehicle he gave me a bulshit answer but I told him that he could not search my vehicle then he called a K9 unit I asked him if I was being detained he said yes I said for what for because he's doing a investigation investigation for what I said I haven't done anything so I had to wait for the K-9 unit to come search my vehicle with the dog outside the vehicle then come back and starts inside the vehicle with the dog is that legal

A fictitious entity cannot 'require ' anything from man, a man can require a certain service to be performed for compensation, so if a man requires I to perform a service then that man is liable for compensation. The word require means to demand by right and authority... a public servant is the creation of man for the benefit of man. Your office is to serve the court because it's unlawful for an attorney to defend a man or a corporation...

Those questions seem no harm. But difficult for people no honesty.

Give me the list of states that I have to ID

It is a damned fine idea not to talk to law enforcement. Name and ID and that’s it.

If an officer, ask me for my name then I'll give it but if he asks me to identify myself well, he will be there all day...LOL
