I had to look it up, but in the US we just call it Denatured Alcohol, it's the same thing as Methyl Spirits. (Calling it the Meths might be confusing here, too... lol)

Dettol is what I use overnight - the cocktail sticks are a great tip!

How does it work on resin parts? I have been using break fluid for cars to strip my paints. But for resin, it made it just soft and did not get hard again so had to throw it away.

Thank you for the advice. I recently found my first minutures, and god, do they need this. Hopefully, i'll get the chance to re paint them sometime next week.

I use meths in an old cooking sauce jar. Uses less liquid and has a better seal to prevent evaporation. Also, if the meths gets a bit too 'dirty', I poor it through a coffee filter 👍🏻

Everyone loves bio strip and yes it does strip well but it’s the clean up process after that’s a pain. It leaves a horrid gloopy mess all over the model that’s hard to get off and gets stuck in all the recesses and crevices of the model that you just can’t get out

Question....are the laws of physics different in england? I dont reckon water can be held in a basket without immediately leaking out of all the holes.

Denatured alcohol here in the states. Thank you for the video!!!

A comparison would be nice to see. Haven't tried meths in an ultrasonic cleaner but I've seen comments about not putting isopropyl alcohol in them due to heat being generated and the potential for it to ignite.

The halloween association with Apple bobbing is rather new.
Much earlier it was an old celtic/roman merging era tradition often associated with courtship.

The only product I've ever used that actually works as a paint stripper super quick is VMS Clean Slate but again it's expensive. For the gloves you don't need huge ones, just put them as far on your hand as you can easily then blow into the glove near your wrist inflating it a bit and making it super easy to put on 👍🏻

Don't use iso or meths in an ultrasonic cleaner. The agitation increases fumes, which are quite flamible

Managine to maintain the bullet hanging is pretty impressive.

My preferred method is throwing the minis into isopropyl, putting them on the balcony over night, forgetting about them, taking them back inside after three weeks and STILL NOT GETTING ALL THE FUCKING PAINT OFF
