At least say what it was CUB CADET 972: $17, 499 One of the best zero-turn mowers for slopes on the market with steering wheel control. Ample horsepower and dual-wheel traction mean this slope mower can handle up to a 46% grade.

I have not been a fan of these mowers but that was super impressive. It’s hard to argue the performance of that mower.

I beg to differ. A zero turn will counter rotate if the operator does so. I never lock my inside wheel on my gravely 472, and I have no scuffs on my lawn. But to the average operator, they just push or pull one bar and lock a wheel. This is the first I’ve seen that does it automatically

We have a z force l 60 and it cuts 8 foot thistles in three inches of water in the septic slough. It floats good when you air the tires down a little bit.

Great mower for the slopes. We use it for the back side of our dam. It was hard to find someone to mow it, but this mower has saved us a lot of time and hassle.

I have a pro z 700 mower and it works great. When you want to go fast and you have the throttle at wide open, it will go fast. And when you want it to mow, it will mow whatever you throw at it basically

This mower owns the my turf tiger and exmark slides off hills and is quite dangerous on slopes. I now own a Cub Cadet. Will never go back to the outdated zeroturns with lapbars.

Not sure why you said the zero turn mower doesn't counter rotate. If you counter push the sticks it will counter steer to save the grass. At least my grasshopper does
