do you know how bad having gluten intolerance? this is what I found: A gluten intolerance is the body's inability to digest or break down the gluten protein found in wheat and certain other grains. Also known as gluten sensitivity, gluten intolerance can range from a mild sensitivity to gluten to full-blown celiac disease.
What happens if you eat gluten if you're allergic to gluten: these are the symptoms after eating gluten=
Brain=you may cause headache, migraine, chronic fatigue
Skin=Acne, Eczema, Dermatitis, Herpetiformis
Stomach=it cause bloating, pain, nausea
Intestinal=Constipation, Diarrhea and the most important, Autoimmune disorders
The last thing is joint&muscle=pain and swelling
