I actually fid a bit of research into this after seeing a similar video.
Batmobile: Fast armored car with several built in deterrence systems. 500k to 3.5 mil depending on model you choose.
Bat suit(s): We have the technology now but don't have an actual functioning prototype. You would be forced to choose a balance between agility, power, and defence so I went with three variants agility suit, power suit, tank shit, and a balance teeen all three. Guesstimating the cost to be about 5mil each but it could be a lot more or a lot less. 🤷
Bat Plane: A standard private jet just won't do BUT you can buy a demilitarized f-18 for aroind 65mil. As Batman you would need to add some of that hardware back on so probably tack on another 5mil for off brand or custom versions.
Martial Arts: You could probably get by with just 7. Here is my list but you can always choose your own.
-Japanese JuJitsu
-Okinawan Kempo
-Gracie JuJitsu or Catch Wrestling
-Silat
-Kobujutsu
-Boxing
-Chen Tai Chi
-Time to master all these arts approximately 15 to 20 years.
Training:
-Four hours per day strength and conditioning.
-Four hours per day combat training.
-Four hours per day study of various subjects.

Total cost of all this: Approximately 100mil. Of course maintenance and supply costs eould likely drive the price up. Still doable. Just need the money.
