Wow Robert: "inspiration is finite?" I love that. I taught 8th grade English for 30 yrs & teacher in-service days were so often about how to motivate & inspire our kids. No one ever taught a seminar about how to strengthen personal discipline. Please, share more. What do you tap into within yrself that makes you choose the higher path over that which helps you avoid/become numb to the cravings/feelings? Original thinking there kid.

Another tip to stay on track is focus on how you feel rather than on weight loss and how you look. If your health and well being continue to improve then fat loss will naturally result due to your body being in a healthier state. Keep looking forward Halyna.

Exactly, which is why should look at the question I sent in Robert lol.
The first surgery I had, I lost 120 lbs, the second, I disnt lose as much because my body had already lost quite a bit of weight, but I disnt build muscle or eat properly at ALL.. but yes, I've been through the psychological as well.

Hi. I was 227 lbs in June and I’m down to 197 lbs so far doing keto according to my blood type. My goal is 180 lbs. After watching one of your videos, I learned about decreasing calories every week or two. I started around 2000 calories with 20 total carbs. At the moment I’m at 1700 calories and 14 total carbs and once a week I do a refeed where my calories almost double.. It’s been working great but where should I go from here? Do I just jump up to 2100 calories and start over again? Or do I gradually build up calories every week?? Thanks for the great content!
