I just paid $8000 for a 2001 225 Quattro Roadster with 85k miles. Pretty mint but the roof won't raise. I'm pretty thrilled!

I’ve had my mk1 3.2 Quattro manual now for almost 9 years now. I still have smile on my face every time I drive it. It’s the longest I’ve had the same car by far in my 30 odd years of driving. Love the vids, love the forum. Keep it up. 👍😎TT ❤️

A lot of people know why I bought a mk1 and I know I only wanted the car to fix up and sell for a little profit, the car I bought was £1100 quid and I’ve spent £500 on it I’ve had it just over a year now and I’ve fallen in love with it the looks the drive the way it sits on the road and for 18 years old it can still outrun some of the new stuff on the road, it’s even fun to work on and fix, when you look at the amount of standard kit you get I can’t think of another car that gives you so much value for money, great video fella you and Dom are doing great things for the TT 👊🏻..

Picked up a roadster 225 a couple of years back, loved it. Needed a winter car (having sadly parted company with my Jeep XJ), so bought a 225 Coupe, love that as well, design classic, and a future classic car.

Very nice looking TT Bryn. Love the red leather seats and the paintwork. Your TT reminds me a little of a red Mazda MX5 which you would often see in a similar red. Keep up the great videos 👍

I’ve really enjoyed my 225 roadster. No service book when I bought it, just a pile of receipts, but it’s been great. Worked on bits myself, replaced large parts and still probably only owes me £1500. And your vids have been a great help as well 😁

They are a classic, I mean you look at the same era other audis they look old now. Look at thr mark 2 it now looks older than the mk1. All my neighbours have new cars m140 etc and my car doesn't look out of place sat among them. It looks as moder . Theyve aged extremely well

Love the mk1 tt 225 so easy to tune up with a stage 2 tune these cars come alive
