Finally solving Ps4 error message SU-41350-3 from the 8.0 & 8.01 update

After months of my ps4 being stuck in safe mode and replacing my motherboard due to the sudden death of it, I've finally figured out why people have been having issues updating their ps4 using a flash drive. Hope this helps someone with this problem. Enjoy.
