While the war on Terra is going on, a visitor by the name of Dan Dirani, the Hexagon's "Dino Charge" Red, arrives asking any and all Rangers from different planets for help against an attack on Earth. Uneasy about leaving Terra, the Insectiforce team agrees, and unlocks a secret function of the Beetle Fortress: a spaceship, rushing to Earth, with the Galactinsects not far behind. Their dino and insect powers resonate, combining to create a new powerup for Dan to combat the omnipotent beings. Together the 7 Rangers fight back, but the Galactinsects open a portal sending the Rangers and their Zords into another dimension: The Dino Charge Universe. There they meet Tyler Navarro and his team, and join forces to fight the Galactinsect's various attacks and save both universes from erasure.
