Quill was a bird Beastman who was a previous defender of the Link Cube before the current Rangers were chosen. One night he witnessed a horrific event that forever changed his view on his very home. He then stole a Power Cube and fled his home, landing on Earth where he secretly monitored other teams of Rangers until now, where he finds his will to protect Earth and the Rangers.
