Alright fellas, which of these 3 physiques are you choosing? Option A, athletic. Although you don’t have too much muscle, you are super lean and slender, making you very light and agile. With this physique you cannot bench more than 165, nor can you squat more than 225, but you are super fast and good at any sport you play. However, put a shirt on, and the 10 pounds of muscle you previously had, has now vanished away from existence. Option B, aesthetic. You have pretty much mastered the balance between strength and athleticism, and although you’re not huge, your Grandma still seems to believe that you played Steve Rogers in Captain America. With this physique you can now bench 225 and squat 315 but no more, and taking your shirt off at the beach has become significantly more rewarding. And finally option C, bodybuilder. Big, strong, lean, and aesthetic. You’ve got it all. And although you’re not necessarily shredded, you still have visible abs and are in relatively decent shape. With this physique you can bench 315 for reps, and squat 500, however you are significantly less athletic than the other 2, and maybe even a bit scary to people around you. So which are you choosing? Option A, athletic, option B, aesthetic, or Option C, bodybuilder? Let me know in the comments.

About Me: I started lifting at 17 years old in 2019, the summer before I entered my freshman year of college. I was a mere 120 pounds at 5'8, and my only goal was to gain weight. Since then I've bulked 5 times, reaching my heaviest at 206 pounds, and cut 4 times to a lowest of around 10% bodyfat. In 2025 I plan to compete in my first natural bodybuilding show. Using the knowledge I have acquired and continue to learn, my goal is to help all of you achieve your fitness goals and prove that no matter what stands in your way, hard work and consistency will always prevail!
