Context for any non-histrory guy here: this thing called Schwerer Gustav (English: Heavy Gustav) and it was probably the biggest cannon ever built firing 80 centimetres calibur with a range about 39, 000 to 49, 000 meters. It was powerful but not practical since it's huge size made it easy target as well as it had to move on rails which makes moving it difficult without mentioning the big chunk of money went in creating and keeping this beast functioning. It was used only 47 times and then was destroyed by the germans if I remember correctly since they were losing the war and couldn't keep losing money on a single weapon
