I don't understand how someone can omit that kind of information unless it was to intentionally mislead. If you leave out crucial information just because it challenges your world view, how can your point be correct? Richard Dawkins has delusional ideas of valuing facts, but this proves that he has motives beyond the truth. The other option would be that he made a mistake, but if disproving Christianity is so important to him why would he not investigate the crucial detail of Jesus’ existence? At least he admitted being incorrect, I just hope that this made him self reflect.

Most scholars would say Jesus existed, or at least sone rough approximation of the man known as Jesus. There are a few, who call themselves mythicists, who don't believe there was a historical Jesus, and instead posit that he was a literary creation.
In the end, for a skeptic, it really doesn't matter if he existed or not. What matters is if the gospels tell the truth about who he was. And skeptics would say they do not.

The point Dawkins was making is severly overlooked and underrated by this clip. Dawkins didn't look to argue the point because whether Jesus existed or not, the outcome is still the same. Evidence for a man named Jesus walking the earth 2, 000 years ago is not evidence of a divine creator, it's only evidence that a man named Jesus walked the earth 2, 000 years ago. The point is, if Jesus existed it doesn't implicitly mean he was the son of god and and could perform miracles.
