iEX Talks 2022: The Reimagining Mindset

Brynn Cole aimed to reimagine Veterans’ healthcare by using storytelling to understand what VA could look like tomorrow – all from a Veteran’s perspective. During this journey, she discovered three opportunities to shape VA’s future. Redefining the initial encounter in welcoming Active-Duty members to their new civilian lifestyle, finding ways to communicate information to Veterans regardless of where they are, and creating agile solutions to meet the needs of Veterans when and where they need them.
