constant variable can be changed in constructor?

Readonly value cannot changed once initiated as per my knowledge could you plz confirm it ?

Hello sir, 2 point that read-only can be changed but i can see in the code you are not changing the value of myReadonly1 variable instead it's myReadonly2 which is declared only.
