In today's video we talk about the impact to the EPA after recent supreme court rulings taking away a lot of power from the EPA.
Could this lead to V8 Engines coming back in force and less shops being fined for DEF deletes etc?

It's never been about the environment. It's always been about control. The planet is fine. There's no crisis with the weather. Dismantling of the automobile industry has been their goal. Cars equal freedom of movement.

Why doesn’t the Government /EPA worry more about regulating the pollution from China instead of ICE cars. 😂

The hottest year? Let's review the dust bowl years, shall we? The 1930's saw a prolonged period of blistering summers and severe drought, which dried up topsoil and was simply blown away. These conditions lasted an entire decade, a mini climatological event that today would cause all out panic and dire predictions of the end of the world. Less than a hundred years ago but oh how quickly people forget.

People should realize that cars are not the biggest contributor to emissions. What about planes, ships, trucks, etc? There's no real talk about them affecting the environment and yet the bandwagon blames cars. So now we continue to lose what we love for the majority of people who don't even care about cars. Make them go ride an electric train to work while we cruise open roads in loud v8s.

I've had so many arguments because I feel the exact same way. This is an awesome video, thanks TK.

That ruling was better than Biden beating Medicare!

Excellent video I've been preaching to everyone I know, that the EPA is a regulatory agency not a law making entity. It's a shame that they have tried to cripple the Automotive hobbyist and Professionals that help make automotive dreams come true.

Thing is the tree hugging bed wetters yeah there is climate change. What they don't realize it's mother nature and she can be a bitch. I flat out frigging love my big blocks and the rumble.

I remember back in the 80's our teachers were teaching us that the ozone layer was going to disappear, and the earth would catch fire in 10 years 😂

How about we plant more trees 🌳? Instead of creating even more emissions by making batteries, wind turbines, solar panels and installing maintaining them, why not plant more trees? I saw a bunch of wind turbines get toppled by a tornado and they caught fire. So now they're making emissions with the fire, then emissions getting responders to put out the fire and clean up the mess. Where does it offset the front end emissions in making them, installing them and maintaining them? Does it even offset?

It made perfect sense, you can't fine people without firm proof of wrong doing.
But now, how does Dodge return without any plants? Without engineers?! This is why Carlos must go. He was a damn fool. The Hemi was what it was. I hope somebody has a clue, however. They're going to have to start from scratch, thanks to Taveres' idiocy.

Emissions from cars is not the big problem. The biggest problems come from China, cargo ships have crazy high emissions, and air planes / commercial jets emissions.
I don't see our government or the EPA doing anything about cargo ships or air planes / commercial jets though.

EPA is getting what they deserve. Let the market decide what they want not the bureaucracies. If I wanted an EV I’d go for a Tesla, Rivian, Hyundai, Kia, GM, or maybe a Ford. I’d love Mercedes to bring back the 6.3L NA V8, I wouldn’t mind an AMG with a 1000+ hp 6.3L V8 Kompressor or a 1200+ hp 6.0L V12 Biturbo.
