Biden loses Supreme Court ruling as court reins in EPA power

Our limited form of government, carefully designed by the Founders, has been steadily eroded, and replaced by a highly centralized form of governance, similar to systems in socialist and communist countries. It is gratifying to see the high court rolling back this usurpation of power, and returning it to the states and the people, where it belongs.
