I have also heard that Edds jumped into a swimming pool to avoid being hit by flying debris filling the air from 150+ winds! The winds could have injured, even killed him esp. razor sharp flying tin roofs can can behead you or cut you in half!

Nasa Leyte ako nung tumama yung bagyo. I was a high school student. Grabe yung bagyo na iyon. Hindi ko maexplain yung lakas ng hangin. Very traumatic sakin yang si Yolanda (Haiyan) .

I was just a fifth grader when this typhoon hit, I honestly love the wind and enjoying the moment of how it knocked down trees while watching in the balcony of my Aunties House. Innocently unaware of what effects it brings throughout my neighborhood or town. My province is Biliran Which is just north of leyte where Haiyan landfalls.

Amateur?Edds is a professional Typhoon chaser.Must cost him thousands of dollars to fly to the phillippines, equipment and all.He was stranded for days in Tacloban. Winds there about 145-150 gusts to 175-185 a very strong category 4, At Landfall at Samar province about 155 gusting 190 or so.In Samar U can see hillside shorn  of trees some debarked. Kudos to Edds  filming  one of strongest Typhoons in the Phillippines.Amazing footage rivals the Hurricane Charley video(2004) also by Edds

Max winds at over 235 and gust winds at over 385. Measuremnts break at these numbers thats why the "over." Saw some peeps arguing over trees shld be uprooted at these speeds, thats funny, was jim at d wall of d eye? Was d tree a common tree shallowly planted? A coco tree? Try planting each one in a simulated atmosphere dude below d comment section. Or maybe just watch all sorts of news about it before u comment
