As a pacific islander of papua new guinea, my heart is well with Joe Biden. I like when he said in one of his speeches "if it's God's will to win". This shows he is humble in spirit and this humble spirit helps him to understand his people of America. What comes from his heart touches other hearts. Above all, the Lord is the one who decides whom to be the next president when you see the rivers of people flowing towards one of the candidates or Lord does things that you don't expect. Three of my brothers and sisters are Republicans and three are Democrats because they get their "news" from different sources. When my dad was still on this mostly beautiful earth he said, "You will have a pretty good life if you tell the truth and don't take what doesn't belong to you. We are here to help each other. If someone gets stuck in a snow bank, help him out. And don't take a reward. Your reward is being able to help him." Amen. Someone commented on election day, " I remain hopeful that we will, at least, choose to embrace kindness over hatefulness. I will, however, never look at many people I know quite the same way." Those that "have hope and embrace kindness over hatefulness" have a happier life. Be grateful.

I am extremely disgusted and disappointed to hear that several United States Postal Service carriers have allegedly interfered with the delivery of mail-in ballots, disposing of them rather than properly delivering them. I have always had the greatest respect for postal workers. If this is found to be true, the guilty should be dealt with severely. Also if this is true, this election has been tainted and the outcome questionable. It breaks my heart to think that this is possible.

I’m just glad all the political adds, phone calls, text messages and mailings will stop now. At least for the next 3.5 years anyway. I don’t know about other people, but I have never made a political decision based on any of those modes of “advertising”.

Young people, later Gen X and Millennials, are fed up with the nonsense. Remember that we've come of age in the 90's and early 2k. We've not been privledged in the "American" experience that we're constantly told about. This election under this president has proved it.
