Redistricting should NEVER EVER be left up to anyone elected. In Canada, we have the independent Electoral Boundaries Commission, which, while not perfect, is infinitely less partisan than what is described in this video.

If we could get rid of gerrymandering, set limits on lobbying and campaign donations, get rid of the electoral college and set term limits for all offices (including the judicial branch), I think we'd fix a majority of our issues..
