I skipped this entire Olympics for the first time in my life. It is a massive dumpster fire. So glad I didn't see the swimmers that were projecting rainbows from their mouths after they took a dip in the Seine river in Paris.

I usually would never say anything against the "queer community". But my faith is more important to me than any of this is that's been going on and I am slowly loosing it.

I, as a christian woman, am constantly socially pressured into accepting and respecting any group of people only to see them mock MY religion?

When did the circus clowns start laughing at the audience?
I never cared about the Olympics anyway, and I will always choose Sunday services and cooking for my husband over dying my hair blue and shaming people for being happy.

I pray that everyone eventually will find their way back to the Lord. His love is eternal and his arms wide open.

They cant help themselves with this stuff. Slightly off topic...My friend, a functionally blind lady wrote a screenplay to bring attention to the struggles of the blind. It was a story of a young blind girl whos overprotective mother was interfering with her chances at success.
The actors and directors got a hold of it, and just like that, the girl was trans, and the mom was a lesbian. No kidding.

As a Muslim woman I felt offended by the mockery of Jesus and the last supper. This should never happen and everyone has to respect religious beliefs of every group of people. It was also embarrassing to watch with my kids. Everyone in the world loves Jesus; he is a symbol of kindness, compassion, and sacrifice. And certainly no one was happy about the ceremony

I honestly find it weird in a way how offended people are getting over the Olympics. I mean, the whole thing has been a stunningly accurate commentary on the state of Western culture. There's nothing we've seen from the Olympics that isn't happening all the time in today's culture. Maybe instead of whining and crying about it, Christians could, I don't know, actually start living out the Great Commission, and start doing their part to influence the culture?
