His total body strength and balance on ice is incredible and he does not look all bowed up!!He literally throws her several feet over his head and catches her whole body weight and then propels her again into the ice to skate backwards!!!!

I can't imagine not only on the first spin, but also the second, where spinning horizontally, and making the effortless landing without being dizzy. That costume added another dimension, with the speed of her skirt flaring like a fan blade.
