I Installed Nobara kde as my first linux distro but Wifi is not working after wasting 2 days on google trying to fix it I give up, now I will install Manjaro, but as it is based on arch I am scared of it

Manjaro eems to be good in all directions. But external drive with ntfs-3g don't work. Updates make me stress cause always want from me restart aka Windows. Useful software is not always here. Even you use AUR it can be not installed. I think a good linux distro must be install SW/HW drivers without need of restart. Sorry but 99% softwares are available for Ubuntu derivates.
