Vegeta has scars for a small section of Dragon Ball Z but then they disappear. What happened to them?

1) Vegeta wasn’t revived in the time his scars disappear
2) Senzu beans don’t heal scars (look at Yamcha and Tenshinhan)

Toriyama forgetting about the scars is definitely the answer. Unlike Yamcha and Tien, who most of the time have their scars in revealing areas, Vegeta's scars are always covered underneath his outfit. It's pretty easy to forget that one of your characters has scars if they're always covered.

There's another case of this; that Goku had a chest scar where Moro punched through. We seen the scar throughout the rest of the arc but then it seemingly disappears when Granolah Arc starts.

I mean... that "full blooded saiyan" argument is unlikely to be correct since Bardock had that giant scar on his face until his death.

I’d like to think that some Sayian scar’s depending on the physical trauma just gradually fade away quicker because of their body’s growing stronger and stronger each day. Vegeta could’ve still have his scars around the time he left earth to train and become a Super Sayian, but once his body grew from the experience and gained the transformation they faded away on his way back to earth. Overall that’s my only explanation for what happened to them.
