For Vegeta, it’s not that he doesn’t “care” it’s just he knows full well that Bulma is just trying to get a rise out of him by suggesting it and knows she would never and she knows it too. It’s like a game to them both. I feel people forget that Vegeta is the jealous type and he does care about when other men are looking at Bulma. We saw he didn’t like that Whis was going to lunch with Bulma, he got furious at Goku for offering dirty photos of Bulma to Elder Kai, threaten Jaco to not do anything “funny” with her and showed to be a little pissed when Bulma was giving Yamcha too much attention during the baseball game.
