I tried some wagyu meat once, my father got it from his workplace (idk which wagyu it is, but it had the marbling you would see on wagyu). One most notable difference to normal beef is when you sear it, it smells so good that you can tell it is some expensive beef, even when it is being cooked from 2 whole rooms away. The taste is great, buttery, savory, and overall delicious. Flavor explosion in mouth.

It looks so yummy! I don’t get to eat wagyu a lot, I only ate it twice but it’s so good!! I love steak so much I make it every weekend and it’s always either slow cooked with peppers and onions or medium rare
