Wuthering Waves just released a TON of new Rewards! But was this a deliberate plan to throw off Genshin Impact and the hype from their Livestream? In this video i discuss all of the new rewards that have came to Wuthering Waves and how this could affect Genshin Impact and their 4.7 Livestream, and talk about whether natlan will be enough to entice fans to come back to Genshin rather than playing WuWa... Who will Succeed Genshin Impact or Wuthering Waves?!

I dont want to think of this vs that. Iwant them to both succeed. If one exists, it causes the other to work harder or just as hard to compete making both games better in the long run. Genshin wasnt as generous before in the past for compensation and gifts during anniversaries (remember free Dr Ratio in HSR drama?), now that they have competition, maybe that'll change for their players.

The only issue for me, this game is not motion sickness friendly.. I play Genshin, Star Rail, TOF, and some other games and I don't have that issue, but the first 15 min of playing my motion sickness kicked in, and after 30 min I threw up.. But I still play but after 2 days I can't anymore my head hurts.. I have to wait for they to optimize it before I can continue playing..

I’ve been playing Genshin since patch 1.3, and honestly, I’m just so tired of how they treat their players and their stagnant gameplay. They’re so stingy with everything, refuse to improve their QoL, and my god do they need a dialogue skip button. I’ve been playing WuWa for three days now, and I adore it so much. I appreciate how much effort the team is putting into the game. Not to mention how the fighting style that is ever-so-slightly reminiscent of souls-like games makes combat in WuWa so much more interesting and fun. Genshin’s gets dull very quickly as they cycle through the same tired routine and constantly recycle character kits. The artifacts system is horrible and such a pain to grind as well, while in WuWa you are fighting the mobs for mats anyway and the mobs themselves are the artifacts-equivalent in the game. They’re actually giving me a reason to engage with the combat system, and I find that to be so much better than what Genshin is doing.

Anyway, that’s just my humble opinion as a veteran Genshin player. HSR is fun though.

After 4 days of wuthering waves Im honestly just quitting genshin.

On the first two days it was super laggy, ping kept spiking, game models were acting up, it was better yesterday, and today I haven’t gotten any lag or issues and it ran smoothly!!

I run the game on my iphone 12 mini. Im so glad they are working on the game and addressing issues and giving compensation

Can't wait for the PS5 Version of WuWa. Might miss the 10 free Pulls, but the 5 Star Selector will even it out. Although, I hope that they make Events replayable like in HSR.

WuWa made so many great development choices that Genshin simply refused to implement. We’re able to buy Eidolons (constellations) for 5 stars from the shop, able to farm echoes without the use of Waveplates (Resin), aaaand we are so thankfully able to SKIP story missions!! 🙌🏻

I feel like I was in an abusive relationship with Genshin, but now, my new partner is so caring and just doing all the things I want, without me having to ask.

They are going to increase the anniversary rewards from 20 to 30 wishes and decrease 10 wishes from the further patch 😮

Well both games are improving anyway. Like genshin who changed their weapon banner mechanics though you need higher resources, and make it easier to hunt for treasure chest now. Both games don't want to lose income in the long run so they will change it slowly. I just hope in the future that hoyoverse added options to view cutscenes in the past and rechallenge any story again just like other games

I don't think Genshin will give us a 5 star as when HSR gave a free five star and Genshin players asked for one too; Genshin was like nah... so I don't have much hope for that. I think Wuthering Waves has potential go neck to neck with Genshin but only time will tell. Other than that I had fun playing the game so that is what it is all about in the end 🙂
