WE NEED TO MENTION THAT IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO AVOID PORK, SHRIMP AND FISH WITH NO SCALES; OH! ALSO AVOID DUCK AND ANY FOOD FROM DIRTY ANIMALS. EAT HEALTHY, VEG AND FRUITS. ANY ILLNESS CAN BE REVERSIBLE

I developed lymphedema after having my first child. I had a lot of edema. I am not obese or overweight. I continued to have babies and had swelling. I manage it with compression. I only have lymphedema on my right leg/primarily my foot. Can you explain why this happens after pregnancy? I had a normal non-surgery pregnancy, labor and delivery. No issues and I developed this swelling during pregnancy and it didn’t go away on my right calf and foot after 6 week postpartum. Thanks for touching in this as I am not in the category of having surgery/cancer, obese, etc. i was diagnosed with it a year after my first child and I was 28 years old. thanks!
