As someone diagnosed with Lymphedema I would suggest doing water aerobics or exercises in the pool, and rebounding on a mini trampoline. I also use compression hose and a leg massager that compresses the legs quite well. If I had to state the cause of my lymphedema, I would say that it occurred due to working hard manual labor jobs that required me to be on my feet for 8-14 hours a day. I’ve also struggled with obesity, so I know that didn’t help my legs while working those type of jobs. I had my greater sapphenous veins lasered in my mid 30’s, and I think it made the lymphedema worse. I also have osteoarthritis in my feet and lower spine. Right now I’m struggling with lymph fluid pooling in my ankles, but using some of the strategies I mentioned above is helping with lymph movement. Thank you for your seminar on this topic. :)

I have lipedema stage 1. Q I have a hypervibe vibration machine, what are the pros and cons of using a vibration machine to help move and drain the lymphatic system?
