True, in India even non-vegetarian people don't eat non-veg every day. Most people have a largely plant based diet with meat included occasionally.

Yeah as a non vegetarian, we barely eat it once a week. And having a vegetable heavy diet with bhakri.

I am non-vegetarian but trust me its like month for me that I haven't eaten meat. People need to realised that in India people don't consume meat on daily basis it's just not feasible. Even my muslim friends told me that they don't eat meat everyday mostly on weekend only.

In my bengali house we have chicken maximum 3-4 times a month and fish maybe max 10-12 times a month, mostly because we eat " niramish " ( no garlic, no onions and no meat ) on every Thursday and Saturday 😂

Just because he is a doctor we cannot say he is 100% true
Actually most of the doctors do not know the abcd of what actually healthy diet looks like
But he is surely better than those people
Guys just understand a doctor's average lifespan is just 59 years
Eventhough stressful life and hectic schedule plays a role in this but 90% it is because of unhealthy lifestyle and diet

As a person who eats meat everyday.... It's the best decision I've ever made.
Energy levels are high, hunger levels are low, and my mind is fired up.
Once I went back to my normal diet, it was horrible, but you guys do what's best for you.
