Hey guys been a while since I have added an oblique workout over to my channel
so here it is a fresh one for you all. I have added few of my favourite exercises
for targeting the oblique area. No equipment needed and you can perform it at home.

These follow along(s) work wonders as a perfect coach for your daily workouts. I find them very helpful in doing my routines and has helped a lot....that too with Rowan coming out with some variations every other month or so....thank you very much Rowan.

Hi Rowan. I've been following you for 3 years. Thanks for what you do. If you have already done this workout please post a link. I would like to see a workout focused on strengthening the muscles around the sacroiliac (SI) joint to combat lower back pain for sitting down too much. Things that encourage back extension and stregthen the transverse abdonimus. Thanks.
