Are the practices tests made by you or are they made by college board? (Just want to see how closely they related to the actual exam)

how many points would you get off for not knowing the name of a state in ap world? for example, if i perfectly described the aztecs on an leq or saq but just couldn't remember their name for some reason, and just said the region, would i still be able to get full points?
