Sir, you made the last move very wrong, as if you remove the stone and then you make a chain punch once and finish it.

I learned the 3 forms in the 1980s and still do them to limber up. My, they have changed a lot.

I just noticed some of the footwork from biu jee is similar to goju ryu's footwork which could be due to origins in white crane, so interesting!

I decided I was going to learn biu gee this weekend and started off with David wong's video tutorials, but there were extra movements from what I had done in class. Then, I came across this video and it was much more like what I had done, but I wouldn't trust it. I would up looking for a video of tsui sheung ting doing it and followed along. Later, I saw a video of Mark being taught by ting, so now my suspicion is confirmed.

Anyway, now I have the moves of biu gee down; now it's just a matter of practice.

Genial, lo único es que podrías demostrar cada técnica para que sirve la cata en si es preciosa pero si carece de utilidad da lo mismo no?

Good video.  My system does the beginning different, as when punching, we stick with the immovable elbow, rather than thrusting the arm all the way extended for the punch, and circular wrist stretches which are Huan Sao.

I see the power in the movement well executed, thank you sir,
the last ones reminds me some chi sao techniques.

thank you, its well presented... i started at 0, 25x speed, and after few tries, iam now at 0, 75x :) very soon i will play it 1x speed and then i will do it alone. Funny is that i found this overly complicated just a year ago, but its not that bad, its quite simple.

i dont wanna be the killjoy or the internet troll. But that is all just not right, because it doesn't make sense. there is so much more details hiding in this form.

The other question is how this school and teachers explain this forms and this movements to their students, so the whole concept make sense. I met several WC students who studied WC for more than 10 years, switching from their school to our school, who had to sadly admit to themselves that they learned a wrong concept for so long time and they needed to relearn all from the basics.

there is a movement that seems Michael Jackson's thriller maybe he took from beu ji

The execution leaves a lot of questions to be answered. Whenever you strike, you should be looking at where you are striking (not in front of you) of the strike is pretty useless. Typically the man sao (searching hand), you are not looking which makes it useless! Remember the principles of wing chun, center line and shortest path. Sorry, but the form does not seem to follow those at all!
