Just use a hopper system with sponges.

Just make a row of 30 furnaces and hoppers that go to a chest where you insert the wet sponges. If you have enough sponges, you can use them to drop them in the chest and grab fresh ones.

lets see this in a scientific point of view.

Assuming all the physics is true in the hypothetical world, we can say that-

Water will *eventually* drain out.

Weight of the ocean - 18 times than that of earth
~3.92 x 10^23 lbs

We have to very roughly estimate the depth of the ocean, how about decrease the figure by a magnitude of 10?

~3.92 x 10^22 lbs

According to the Bernoulli's principal,
Static pressure = Kinetic Pressure

Hence they are inversely proportional.
