C-Sharp Minor is literally the most magical key for music. It's like it unlocks some door to music in Heaven. 🎵

Agree?
And as always Kassia's playing is beautiful!

This is probably my favourite Chopin waltz, I really liked your interpretation and how you didnt rush it, it feels beautifully melancholic.

I can't deal with the fact you have less subscribers than similar chanels like Rousseau. I like him a lot as well, but you are different. You interpret and get acquainted with the piece and the musician. We can feel it in your performances, you really put a lot of heart !!

Hey Kassia, thank you for making these videos. It's the main way I learn of classical pieces. I'm happy you have the ability to play such beautiful music for so many people, and I'm especially happy that I'm one of those people :) I hope you're doing well

Did you know that….

This waltz was composed one year after his break-up with George Sand, and two years before he died of tuberculosis.
It is inspired by the Slavic rhythm of Polonaises n and mazurkas, memories of the traditional music of his native Poland.
