ahsoka leaving really screwed up anakin and probably felt like his only friend was palpatine🤷🏻‍♂️

I don't think Ahsoka would have stopped Anakin from falling to the dark side, I mean Obi wan his brother couldn't, so I don't think his equivalent to his little sister could either, and I don't blame her for leaving, I mean, even Yoda didn't side with her, after everything she had done, the jedi counsel still didn't side with her.

To me she Made the right decision . And it required strength and maturity. I won't explain why though. I think it's obvious .
